Better AI provides a multi-model AI platform with chat, specialist agents, SMS/voice automation, desktop tools, and distributed inference capabilities. Access is provided on a subscription plus usage-based pricing model.
Usage Policies
Users agree to use the service in compliance with applicable laws. Prohibited uses include generating harmful content, unauthorized access attempts, and excessive automated usage beyond account limits.
Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Usage charges (AI tokens, SMS, voice minutes) are billed at the end of each billing cycle. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of charge.
Service Level
Better AI targets 99.99% uptime for the cloud platform. Maintenance windows are scheduled during low-usage periods with advance notice. Desktop app availability depends on local hardware.
